v5.05 Available Now!
ASSIGNEES:
The Ministry of Justice has received numerous complaints regarding the difficulty involved in taking on enemy patrols.
We are truly disheartened to hear that our operatives have been particularly inefficient during the first phase of the District 122 mission, losing countless operatives (sometimes in a row!) at the same location.
To have this happen at all is regrettable. To have this take place within 5-10 meters of an officially designated Ministry facility is embarrassing and unacceptable.
Starting today, the patrol route system for enemies has been debugged, preventing them from crowding around our territory as they have done in the past. We hope that going forward, operatives will understand to keep their target priorities clear and successfully evade unnecessary combat now that the infamous wall of militia has been broken.
Instability issues related to the roaming Tank enemies has also been taken care of in this update.
Some observant assignees have noted a blue arrow that could be spotted around the map. Some users took advantage of this as a waypoint, while others could not get the object to cooperate. The Ministry has been informed that this is, in fact, a mouse indicator for Assignees to use in the field that had been hijacked by enemy patrols. This has been rectified and assignees will now be reliably able to determine their current trajectory.
We expect that these tools will increase efficiency greatly in the battlefield; no excuses will be tolerated for failure within District 122 and the successful neutralization of Resistance leader $LNAME[90565], $FNAMES[44] for the heinous crime of $CRIMES[12] is vital.
As per 5.03, the full range of patchnotes will be available within the main menu.
Handlers, return to work at your earliest convenience. District 122 must be controlled.
